Step 1: Power on your Mac and go to Apple Menu, select System Preferences, then click Users & Groups.
Step 2: Check below the Current User and click your account name, proceed to Login Items just at the top of the window and click on it.
Make a concise list of the login items – this will be required later.

Step 4: Go back to the Apple menu and click on Restart.
Step 5: If this resolves the startup problems, open Users & Groups preferences again and add the login items one at a time.
