How to Apply for the Emerging Market Entrance Award

Candidates who wish to gain this scholarship bear in mind that it offers only partial funding for which the student is eligible in the first year of study.

The Eligibility Criteria includes the following;

Applicant must be a citizen of one of the eligible countries as stated above.

Applicant must have obtained the language requirement

  • A minimum of three years of full-time study where the primary language of instruction and evaluation is English, with acceptable grades in English and other human/social science secondary school courses.
  • Must have completed the language requirement from IELTS with an overall score of 6.5.
  • Certificate from TOEFL (destination code: 0895) with an overall score of 88, with a minimum 21 on speaking and 21 on writing.
  • CAEL-overall 70, no other band score under 60PTE 58YELT-overall category of 1 or 2
